Hello, I’m
and HERE’S MY STORY.
Whether you found me through a recommendation, stumbled across my online offerings, or walked into my SOMA Yoga in London, I’m genuinely glad you’re here. This work - sharing yoga, building community, supporting each other in practice and life - feeds my soul every single day. Thank you for recognising it and wanting to hear more about my path and philosophy.
real-life practice
Born into yoga, shaped by global experience, and devoted to creating brave spaces where ancient wisdom meets the beautiful reality of modern life.
I believe the deepest moments don’t happen away from life, they happen in it. My work is about making depth doable: ritual-rich practice, small, supportive rooms, and formats that fit your day.
And through it all, I’m living a real life, which is the most valuable practice of all. As a mother, partner, teacher, student, community builder - I am always learning, always growing.
From Mathematics to the Mat: a 14-year journey
Twelve years ago, my love for yoga quietly outgrew my love for Mathematics and Computer Science.
Born into a yogic family with my mother, who has been teaching for 30 years, I was exposed to yogic teachings my whole life. However, practice truly took hold when I met my teacher Nina Vukas during university.
I spent years by her side, learning yoga as a holistic living practice and building strong foundations: logical, biomechanical understanding behind creative sequencing and themed progressions, as well as the understanding of a broad spectrum of yogic tools, which all taught me how to offer a wholesome practice.
Since then, I’ve taught thousands of classes across Europe and the USA, founded and managed studios, led retreats and teacher trainings, and kept studying as much yogic wisdom as I could get my hands on.
When real life happens
There was a season when it felt like my life fell apart. I returned home and took over running my mother’s yoga studio.
That experience confirmed two truths: my calling is to teach and share the depth of yoga, and my brain loves the challenge of running a business. I could do both, and do them with heart.
So when real life happened, I stayed with myself and remembered my truth. It was not easy, but so valuable.
Seattle: where philosophy found its voice
Love and life took me to Seattle, and to another formative teacher, Greta Hill (Rasa Yoga). Again, I learned by showing up: classes, workshops, and teacher trainings. With Greta, I fell in love with Tantric Shaivism, mythic storytelling, and skillfully weaving philosophy into practice.
Seattle also rooted me in service: teaching yoga and meditation at the Mindfulness Section of the University of Washington for students, faculty, and medical staff.
Along the way, I continued learning with teachers who shaped my practice: Shiva Rea, Janet Stone, Krishna Das, Amy Ippoliti, Jason Crandell, Tiffany Cruikshank, David Swenson, Annie Carpenter, and many more who inspired my practice and teaching.
London, motherhood, and finding my people
Landing in London, I became a mother - the most profound spiritual experience of my life. Far from family and friends, I found my people online.
During pregnancy and postpartum, hundreds practiced with me virtually, I trained as a full-spectrum doula, and eventually opened my SOMA Yoga studio in Wandsworth.
I began leading Spanda Institute 200-hour teacher trainings and created a Prenatal & Postnatal Teacher Training program, working side by side with Nina again, my gentle pusher who kept opening doors for me.
TODAY
I wear many hats, dream big things, and bring them to life through the heart of devotion, hard work, and a touch of grace.
You can find me running my SOMA Yoga studio in London, where I also teach weekly classes, lead foundational 200-hour,advanced 300-hour, as well as my 85 h Prenatal & Postnatal Teacher Trainings.
A few times a year, I guide dreamy retreats, and daily grow my passion project - the Online Yoga Club. You can also find me volunteering for the Croatian Doula Association, providing emotional support to expectant and postpartum mothers who can’t afford it otherwise, across the Balkan region.
Through my newsletter, more or less regularly, I share practical philosophy, seasonal practice guidance, and the behind-the-scenes journey of building heart-centered community across cultures and continents.
